Thanks for the pinging. It's a bit odd to do a booksigning tour for a paperback, unless you're positioning yourself to step in for a faltering candidate later this summer at Boston.

Kerry is simply THAT FLAWED as a candidate, and if he does indeed release his medical records from his three Purple Hearts, his self-characterization as a "War Hero" will be shot to hell, too.
And the HildaBeast is certainly the most likely stand-in candidate, which would give her an excuse to recuse herself from the Senate and avoid an '06 showdown with Rudy Guiliani.
