I think it would make a nice parking lot.
To: Cincinatus' Wife
Those UN people are always wanting more parking spaces...

Just when the world body is taking the lead in forming a new government in Iraq,...
????
Perhaps I have been working too much lately to the demise of my information intake, but when has the UN been taking the lead in Iraq?
Who is Paul Brehmer working for?
I thought it has been the coalition forces, not the UN peacekeepers?

US taxpayers, too, need to see reforms in the UN since they are the world body's largest funder. No, the US taxpayers need to see the fading away of the UN, for we are the financial base that keeps the UN going and when the UN nips at the hand that feeds them they need to be put in their place!
And the UN itself needs to learn a lesson from this sanctions scheme gone awry so that it can perform better next time.
Yea, right and the lesson learned will be to keep their greedy mouths shut as to why the scandal came about in the first place, hope that we disregard it, and pray that J eFin' K gets elected to guarantee the status quo returns once again!

Yes. The cookies in that Iraqi jar were so delicious, they made pigs of themselves.
To: Cincinatus' Wife
But...but, I thought the UN was leaving because of the dangers to their Representatives in Iraq?

The cookies in that Iraqi jar were so delicious, they made pigs of themselves. And all along they shunned the keepers of the trough just to feed on the lactations of a jar!

Yes, they ran at the first attack. They should move the U.N. to Spain.

It seems to be building momentum.

A Wal-Mart Superstore would do probably do well in that part of the city, with that size of a parking lot. What can I say? I love American capitalism, and Wal-Mart is always looking for places to sprout up! It would do wonders to the local economy as well.
