I think Felos' right to refuse water out-weighs his right to drink water. Any evidence that he desires water is irrelevant. In order to uphold his Constitutional rights, we must deprive him of water.

Dasani Water is from the UK's water system. No Evian for Felos even though I'm sure he can afford it with all that Terri $ he pocketed.
