I thought Greer was up for reelection this year? Aren't we more likely to defeat him at the polls than to get the necessary signatures for recall (assuming that "recall" applies to judges; I think they fall under "impeachment" rather than "recall," but I'm not sure). Is Greer running unopposed, or has another candidate declared?

What did you find out?

As of this moment, GREER IS UNOPPOSED and he's already filed his papers and opened his campaign bank account. Judges do not have FREE SPEECH so he won't be able to say anything about Terri during his campaign. If he's unopposed, then he won't even have to be on the ballot, I'm guessing. THEN WE NEED TO DO THE RECALL PETITION.
