Yes, and to cut the President some slack, he had 2 hundred some days in office until 911 hit....hardly enough time to unravel the web of Clinton crimes and cover-ups.

I'm beginning to think that all of this stuff coming out is the reason the rats have been hysterical for some time now, and why they have been throwing everything but the kitchen sink at him. The Clinton moles in the Bush White House (Dick Clarke, et al) alerted them that the "New Tone" was about to end.
