Is Woodward saying that HE has the "accurate" recollection of this conversation?
Does Woodward not understand that Powell KNEW about the plan, but that then Bush called him in to tell him he WAS going to war? It sounds like a two-step thing to me......
And is Woodward carping to save his credibility????
