Mighty good weekend for braves fans after they swept the World Champion marlins, who came into town the hottest team in baseball riding a seven game winning streak and thirty straight scoreless innings pitched.

The reports of the braves demise were greatly exaggerated Last couple of years, my Braves-loving friend complained about their slow starts and jumped on the demise bandwagon. I, a Braves hating Astros fan, told him "wait and see where they are in September". Damned if I haven't been wrong yet. Did I mention that I hate the Braves? LOL
