Dr. Rice has shown herself to be fairly uncritical of--even oblivious to--the Afro-American plight in America. That is not her 'field'. Even in her field, has she deplored the dearth of Afro-Americans in the foreign policy community?

I suppose that would depend on whether there are qualified Afro-Americans. If there aren't, then whose fault is that? (Hint: nobody but theirs.)

Well, can you blame her? After all, look at all that education... She must have spent at least a decade working on that "alphabet soup" after her name, but my guess is that even with all that "education," she was completely unemployable anywhere outside of education or government! I'd be pissed off too if I was told by an employer, "OK, you've got all these degrees. But did you actually take any classes that might have something to do with getting a job in the real world?"
