My uncle came up to do some work and he was catching Canadian geese in a garage and barbecuing them *LOL* He never gave my aunt in Florida a heart attack. Killing them is very illegal.

I ate goose for the first time recently. Very unappetizing looking, but good. A coworker brought it to a party at work, not sure if it was Canadian, but those are the only geese I see around here. Is it illegal just where you live or are they federally protected? Not that anyone where I work would care much, landscapers and pest exterminators generally aren't bleeding-hearts...
