The question that no person has asked is why she wrote the wall of separation and later made the wall even higher. She is and was a Clintonista and was running the Justice Department because Janet Reno was an incompetent.

Democratic fundraising activities, which are naturally a mix of foreign sources and domestic agents, with ties to Communist China, nuclear missile technology, and who knows what else.

The elusive Clinton 'legacy', which was to be, in Slick's mind, peace and prosperity, especially Middle East peace. If the '93WTC, OKC, and TWA800 attacks were tied to ME terrorism, then we have been at war for the entire Clinton term, but nobody knew it because intelligence was hamstrung.

Well, let's see. There was a report that came out a couple of days ago, showing that a Swiss business man was on the hook from Saddam for oil vouchers to the tune of tens of millions of dollars (can we say, bribe?), and he was a close business partner of Marc Rich (the FOB financier who was pardoned at the last minute by Bill himself.)

Could it be that Rich was funnelling oil funds (from the O-F-F program to the former president, in exchange for a containment policy, rather than a policy of action?

Because the Clintons wanted something bad to happen before he left office so he could declare a state of emergency, cancel the elections indefinitely, and stay in office longer - He and Hillary absolutely LOVED being in the White House, and I don't think they wanted to leave...

This is just a guess, though.

In answer to the above, I have seen speculation in the past few days at various web sites that the wall was built in 1995 by Reno and GoreLick because the Clintons feared that evidence of their illegal foreign campaign fund raising overseas (especially from communist China) might be chanced upon by the CIA and turned over to the FBI for domestic investigation.
I don't remember the circumstances of 1995 to know if this might make sense or not, ie: was that the time period that BJ was in a heavy campaign collection mode? Was it about the time that the Chinese were turning up at the White House with their contributions in hand? If the memo could be linked in time to these activities it might shed more light on the matter.
