Statement issued by martyr Izz-al-Din al-Qassam Brigades [Hamas armed wing].

Mourning mujahid leader Dr Abd-al-Aziz al-Rantisi: One hundred responses are coming, and the blood of Yasin and Al-Rantisi will explode the coming volcanoes.

Following are the latest jihadist operations carried out by Al-Qassam Brigades:

1. Firing three mortar shells at the so-called Atzmona settlement.

2. Shelling the so-called Miftahim settlement with two Qassam-1 rockets.

3. Shelling the so-called Ganor military post, south of Gaza Strip, with four Al-Qassam rockets.

4. Firing three Battar rockets that hit their targets this morning. One of the rockets was fired at the southern Salah-al-Din gate, the second towards Rafiah Yam, and the third on a tank positioned in Al-Salam neighbourhood.

5. Firing a Battar rocket at a military position inside the so-called Tall Zu'rub post. According to eyewitnesses, the rocket scored a direct hit.

6. Shelling the so-called Gadid settlement with a Qassam-1 rocket at 2200 [1900 gmt] last night.

7. Firing a Battar rocket at a military position inside the so-called Neve Deqalim settlement.
