I am a born again believer and I am not forced to say any of these things when I "choose" to pray.

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. I've covered that passage a few times in my reading. Christ was giving the disciples the general pattern of prayer, not encouraging them to specifically recite that prayer. This is how unlearned individuals misinterpret Scripture. They read a passage, but without understanding the background and context of the setting, will generally not understand the intent of the author.
