Yes, but with all that has been unearthed the last few days she will have to witness. If she does that while she is on the Commission that's a scandal, if she resigns that's a scandal.
So how are they going to fix it?
The weekend is coming up and me thinks Ms Gorelick and the Clintons are going to have some high-level strategy talks...but that's just my guess.

Well maybe she's mastered the Clinton fine school of partitioning. LOL! But that would be a good point to push. Not just that she resign - but also push for her to testify!
