I have wondered about WACO being the trigger, however, this wall was not limited to US intel gathering, rather all INTEL gathering.

Supposedly "Tom Thumb" Daschle appointed her. The Democrats have a direct link and can keep covering up this problem with our nations National Intelligence and it will cost all of us in the long run.
Remember,it was Clinton that went in the WhiteHouse and removed the background checks on those who worked there. It all stared before Clinton however and in my opinion came about because politicians from both sides of the isle not wanting anyone looking into their corruption.
The American public is paying for the corruption in Washington,DC and will continue to pay until we uncover and take the ability from our elected officials to milk the public and special interest of the millions of dollars going to them directly as well as indirectly.
In my opinion Congress is just as corrupt as the MAFIA and they cover for each other regardless of what side of the isle they are on. Now it seems as though this commission and maybe even the President wants to create another government job when the real problem comes from a government that is already so large it cannot function properly. Every department in the Federal Government loses millions every year they cant even find or account for, the larger they grow the more people they have to pass the buck to.We need to take our government back before we lose the country.

I don't know why he left, other than he was frustrated by his lack of progress in killing of his family in the OKC murders, and was trying really hard to generate some action and interest.

It's apparently becoming apparent that Goerlick was the 'power' behind all the coverups, and I would say that an Arkancide is highly likely if much more comes out, which is why I pinged Alamo-Girl, to see if she could put together the lastest stuff with her vast records and knowledge.

I do not believe that we will know the "WHOLE" story until we know the WHO and WHY this MEMO was written and put in to "LAW/RULE".

I believe that there was nothing done in the Clinton administration that was not well planned and for specific reasons. This bunch loved "shredders" and unless somebody deep within the bowels of government save a copy I doubt the paper still exists that will tell us the real reason why this WALL was put in place.

The smoking gun right now is the 'memo', which doesn't identify any of these things, and it should, and it should have been a directive, with references and signatures, rather than an interoffice memo which wasn't even signed, and yet put in place major policy decisions which have cost $billions of dollars and thousands of lives.

Yes "the torch" was a useful tool and in what "he" presumed a safe seat. However, he like all the others before him USED to perform the dirty deeds fall by the wayside.

This "WALL" was designed to prevent more than national intel gathering, rather seems to be more directed at international intel gathering. Now all those who were able to bring their dollars from the international community were able to do so, and algore declared no controlling legal authority. These words were not from the algore mind somebody with a "legal" mind came up with these words.

I think this has the smell of "blackmail" and the way to prevent "INTEL" being gathered and shared, on those of the world was about more than OBL and his gang. Somebody made money selling short prior to 911, and that bunch has never been identified.
