I've read the texts my children are using and have found a small number of "inaccuracies" made in the name of PC-ness. Thankfully, the teachers in this district are smart enough to use a bit of this book and a bit of that book to counteract such foolishness.

Good Lord. Upset about kids being called mush heads? That phrase has been around for ever and isn't derogatory. This is how PC rules, regulations, and laws begin - Just because one person becomes "offended".
