I'm not the one to ask, but since it is more of a demonstration than a rally, I'd say no. It is far more likely to show up on local news in the C block of features, or on Fox News Channel (Fox and Friends or maybe the Brit Hume show).

I'm not notifying C-SPAN for this, but we'll be sending out a press release to the usual suspects. It's only a few blocks from the White House so hopefully we'll get some tourist traffic.
