Lehman is the guy, who as Secretary of the Navy created the Lehman doctrine. We were going to invade the Soviet Union from their East Coast - and march accross Siberia to Moscow - I kid you not. I don't know whether this struck terror in the hearts of the masters of the Kremlin or whether this was the final blow to the Soviet regime - because they all died laughing.
