They gave the man a check, then stopped it? He ripped them off? The detail on that report is staggering. Just how did he rip them off? Details, please. I think they want to wage a PR war, then quietly lose in court. If they didn't think they owed the check, they would not have written the check. Just like with everything else involving free markets and capitalism, the liberals just don't have a clue. I hope the guy gets them for character assassination damages too.

They gave the man a check, then stopped it?Sounds like they gave him a check that had no funds behind it, and asked him to hold it for a short while before cashing it. Perhaps they thought that an avalanche of advertisers, throwing money at them would make the check good.
