Really? If a Senator -- responsible for the matters within the jurisdiction of his entire state -- gets a specific warning of that nature and fails to report it to the proper authorities, that is misfeasance, at the least.

Yes really. Wouldn't the "proper authority" be the FAA and the State of Massachusetts??? Who the man that brought the warning worked for?
