Unless Jamie Gorelick came up with the idea of this memo totally on her own, she is not the one "most responsible for 9/11".
Who directed her, and why? That is the responsible party/parties. My guess is their initials are WJC and HRC, and they did it to cover for their many ongoing crimes and upcoming ones.
Gorelick was only the gofer who drafted the memo.

....""This woman is bad news," Morris charged. "She ran the Justice Department for three years - Reno was a figurehead during that period".........
That means that it wasn't Gorelicks fault!
IT'S WEBB HUBBELL'S FAULT.
If Webb hadn't got caught in the cookie jar with $400,000 client overbillings, he would have had his puppet hand up Reno's butt, propping her up in front of the cameras.
Once Chelsea's dad took the fall, Gorelick had to step in and prop up the totally incompetent Waco murderer.

More importantly, whose idea was it to erect this wall?
Find out who pushed it...
This investigation should cause some massive finger pointing and infighting amongst Democrats/Clinton admin, with people trying to walk the thin line between accepting blame and ending up in Ft Marcy park.

Sure would be helpful if there was a DATE telling us when this MEMO was written and put into effect. All I keep reading is 1995, and it sure did not take a YEAR to write and put this policy into effect.

(my email to the commission and to my congressman)
I found it very disheartening that Mr. Kean went on TV and said we should stay out of his business in regards to Ms. Gorelick's obvious conflict of interest.
She should be testifying under oath, not asking the questions.
The credibility of the commission becomes less everytime we see these partisan antics on TV, both during the hearings and during individual appearances.
That a member would go on TV ten times in the last two weeks is strange. Even stranger is Mr. Kean going on TV and telling us to mind our own business.
Thank you,

She has to get off the commission (then she can write a book). She should not have any input into the report and she should apolgize to the country for 9/11.

Not that it makes any difference, but does anyone know if she "just happens to be" a votary of Sappho?

the U.S. public official "most responsible for 9/11 happening. No, this is wrong. The American official is not responsible for WTC911. The green light to go after terrorist groups of global reach came as a result of WTC911. Pointing fingers now is immoral.

Much as Ms. Gorelick is an absolutely disgusting political animal, I have to disagree with Mr. Morris.
Having done much thinking on the matter, and having reviewed the history, there is only one possible conclusion as to what US official bears the most responsibility for our current problem, besides of course UBL.
That man is James Carter.
Had he, whilst President, declared war when faced with the outright act of war by Iran (the taking of our embassy and the holding of its complement hostage), and waged that war until victorious, it is doubtful-to-certain that we would ever have been challenged by Muslim terrorists again. His blatant disregard for his duties as President gave the terrs time to organize, obtain funding, and to establish infrastructure. It also emboldened them.
We are at the end of a long chain of events which began due to his failure as a leader and President.
