Kerry's intervention into the security warning to Logan is pretty much staying under the radar as well. That creep DIRECTLY enabled the 19 hijackers by diluting the actions of the airport security agency, and it's not a scandal. Amazing. You got some detail on that? I hadn't heard of that.

With regard to my post, Kerry didn't actively dilute the actions of the FAA, he merely ignored the warnings, thus passively diluting it. It should read "Kerry's non-intervention." Sorry for the bad info.

Well, there is actually a little more. A couple Airport Security people snuck through stuff a few times and even made a video showing how they did it as proof of bad security; a warning. And they kept warning that Logan was ripe for an incident. Finally, they sent the video to Senator Kerry's office begging him to look at it but NOT to give it to the Airport head, because that's where the laxity was. Kerry of course sends off a letter saying that he gave it to the airport head and also he never followed up. Logan was eventaully used by one of the hijackers. I listened to the security man who made this video tape on a talk show the other night where he was discussing it.
