Good post.

I cannot find the exact date of the Gorelick MEMO, and upon reading it, it sounds "case specific".

Wonder why there is no date on the MEMO, when the "WALL" was put in place?

On Tuesday the Attorney General declassified and read from a March 4, 1995, memo in which Jamie Gorelick--then Deputy Attorney General and now 9/11 Commissioner--

On March 3, 1995, the [Congressional] task force issued an update [to federal agencies]. This "super-sensitive" alert stated there was a "greater likelihood the terrorists would strike at the heart of the U.S."

The warning indicated a terrorist attack was impending...

Ashcroft testified that the Gorelick memo was sent on March 4, 1995, which is one day after the Congressional task force on terrorism updated its alert to the DOJ that a terrorist attack was impending.

The text of the memo indicates that surveillance of [redacted] was already underway.
