Ben Veniste is referring to the author of the PDB as "she".

I will faint, I mean it, if it turns out to be Valerie Plame.

Waiting for BV to shut up in order to hear Tenet--who you say (I didn't hear it) that he has problems with the way the report is written.

And it is BV who consistantly drops hints of classified information that has not been cleared for public consumption--like his hints about the Clinton MON yesterday.

Notice the "she" reference.
