Sorry but I had to turn it off as soon as Kristen's self-satisfied mug appeared on the screen.
No air defense in NY? Like that would have stopped the attack. Puh-lease.

Thanks for the link. If Kean doesn't see the impropriety of Gorelick on this panel maybe he needs to be replaced also.
"People ought to stay out of our business," responded former New Jersey Gov. Tom Kean"
I'd hate to think he's forgotten why he's there, to work for the people and not keeping Gorelic job intact.
"But Kean, asked about the issue at a news conference, dismissed the request and said Gorelick was one of the hardest working and nonpartisan members of the commission."
Sure, she has been working hard but now her motives are in question as is this whole commission.

Gorton told Chrissy tonight that Sensenbrenner "should stay out of our business." He thus repeated what Keane had said earlier. Both refuse to acknowledge that their business IS our business.

Yeah, I heard it. We've got to bomb the Commission and our congesscritters with phone calls and emails!

AFK (away from keyboard). Yes, I thought things looked "different" today. BTW, weren't you pleased that Bush did not provide Skerry with an apology sound clip.

Everything our president does is always honorable.
That the left misunderestimates him is always a surprise, but then they cannot fathom an honest man.

How true. I am trusting that the silent America will know an honest man. I do not hear that on the media. It is sKerry to me.

I've had it. I just turned the damned thing off. If they want people to "stay out" of their business, then why is this dog-and-pony show televised?
Exactly! Watching this travesty play out on tv only gives the commission a legitimacy it doesn't deserve.

While I have no reason to doubt your description of Tenet's personality or methodology I believe President Bush had had enough smoke blown up his ass all over the world that any flattery would not have much impact upon him or his recommendations.

Good for you! Investing in garbage dumps would at least result in good compost and not what will come out of these hearings! :)
