I'm not defending the Clinton administration. I'm asking why the current administration continued to plod along in the manner of Clinton, just hoping for the best, instead of busting up the old regime and replacing it with compitent people.

And why did Bush have to wait until some incompitent calcified Clintonite blows the whistle on him before he says he'll do something? Pathetic. I'd be very sorry to see a Democrat win the next election, but thats where Bush is headed.
