What is IMRA, and from where do they hail? Are they an Israeli based news agency? This doesnt make them wrong, but if we end up waging war on Ringo, we have to be sure...don't we?

IMRA is an Israeli news service, generally very good, primarily in translating Arab sources. They largly collect information from other sources.
This story is from the Middle East Newsline, MENL, a Canadian based agency. They're usually pretty good too, not a DEBKA, and are sourced in a number of publications.
For what it's worth, the same story, sourced to MENL, is being run in the Washington Times. There's really nothing surprising here, an attack like that wouldn't typically be freelanced.
