Nobody can like the 'uhh' before every word. And then the saying one word, and changing it.

That's not what inspires confidence. Sure Bush is mostly right (I don't think islam is able to be civilized) but he means well. He apparently can not speak better. That hurts him

Well it certainly hurt him when he ran for Governor of Texas and POTUS.

Try flipping your view point. In a slick, choreographed politician set up, Bush would not do well - Clinton and Kerry would. However, much of the voting public is sick and tired of the slick, sound bite polish. Pres. Bush has a more open and straight style of speech that resonates with flyover country and increases his appeal.
