Well the second method ain't bad, but there is a third method, actually it is the REAL first method, it has been so stigmatized and criminalised by big government propaganda, Americans these days view this method as being against the law.
That method is Americans tell the government they are blowing the game, which DIRECTLY endangers their lives, and those very same americans begain to do what they have done in the past, whigh is to get in the face of any government employee that is not doing their job, or more to the point any one associated with government that is OBSTRUCTING other covernment employees from doing their respective jobs.

If the scummy little b@$+erds are risking Americans safety by slumming around for a few lousy votes, there is an IMMEDEAT need to explaine why their offices have a brand new shiny chain and padlock on them, and oh by the way, don't try depositing that paycheck either.
There will be some rapid "reassessment" of values on the part of our government employees.
