The only thing I can think of better than having a Sikh on either side of me would be to have a Sikh on one side and a Gurkha on the other...with an Apache and a Korean pulling night watch for us, and a Nung out working recon.

Yes, if the patience of the people runs out, I have no doubt that just like after 9.11, a bunch of non muslims will get caught, like the Sikhs, Hindus, Christians and even one poor Mexican after 9.11.

I think the threat of terror in the US is high now.

Jihadis will seek to undermine the economy, make Dubya look bad, create fear and panic in America.

The backlash would be to the lliking of the jihadis.
