I'm curious, what punisment do you think that the Democratic assassin advertisers should get for posting an ad that says of Sec. Defense Donald Rumsfeld,
"We should put this S.O.B. up against a wall and say 'This is one of our bad days,' and pull the trigger."?What charge(s) and what penalty should the St. Petersburg Democratic Club and its officers face?

The law says up to three years plus a fine.

Bad taste in advertising and a rebuke.
I don't think they should face any criminal impositions - unless Rummy wants to sue them for civil damages.
Heck - wouldn't we want this to come out more? Helps paint those individuals as crazies and makes our side look more and more like the only choice..
