Come on...incitement to violence? We have all used figure of speech in our comments about political leaders we do not like....Has that really been an actual incitement to violence?

Now if they said "Go get your guns, and meet us at 1 pm to launch an armed raid on the White House so we can shoot Rumsfeld between the eyes", well, then I would think this rhetoric is outside the norm in politics...
