I just read Ashcroft's opening statement; I thought it was utterly devastating, but the mainstream media will probably either ignore it or somehow turn it against him. Damn, when he mentioned that the author of the 1995 regulations was a member of the commission - wow! No wonder the Dems hate him - he fights back.
