There is now no way that Gorelick can faithfully fulfill her duties and responsibilities as a member of the commission. She weakened the nation's security by carrying water for the ACLU at a time that she knew or should have known al-Qaeda was going to war with the US.

I think we need to start a campaign with our elected officials to force Gorelick's resignation from the commission -- she now has a clear conflict of interest.
