Well, I cannot really confess to being fashion police. Folks probably laugh at me, too. It is only recently that I cannot resist laughing aloud. I think it is the overabundance of women wearing too tight shirts with rolls of flab hanging out. And tattoos on their backs, peeking out from beneath a too tight and too short shirt. Maybe my eyes were only recently opened to such. Are folks less self conscious now????????

The older I get, the more modest I get . . . leathers and copper notwithstanding. Clothing is to conceal a multitude of sins, and frankly if it's made of Spandex it doesn't conceal squat.

How long are those awful polyester blouses going to be in style? I hate those kinds of shirts. I live in hot humid south Louisiana and the material is icky 10 months of the year. My niece is a beautiful thin girl and even on her they don't look that great at all and she can wear anything.

Seems that way. They really act as if they have now pride in how they appear. Don't know when the trend started - I'll blame it on Rosanne Barr & Tammy Faye.
