Yes, I think you're right. I definitely smell a big huge Demo Rat somewhere. My point from the story (the link appears to be broken), is that it took the author years to acquire the info, even under FOI. It would be well past the '04 election before those documents could be assembled again.

I saw the guy on TV, and he was saying he hadn't even read all the files and he didn't even know what was in them or what was missing. He was saying the files consisted of 1500 pages (3 reams of paper). That's not much stuff to read. Yeh, I'll bet he doesn't know what's in them! IF there truly was a theft (and I doubt that there was), he would have known EXACTLY what was gone. Maybe he should look under his mattress or at Kerry Hq.
