Recently Discovered Ringling brothers Pictures.

Sorry but I'm all out of Buffalo Bill Pics :( But Here are some Ringling Bros. Pics in Maine circa 1910.
This is a great collection of pics. I have to try to let my stepdad let me keep these.
What's really cool about these is that there are photographer
Notes as to the F-Stop and all of that 'Stuff' on the back I'm trying to preserve them for an historical record :)

Ahhh, such were the good old days. I wear one all the time (even at work) same one on my profile page. Looking to get some newer ones later this year soon as I find a good place to buy some (looking for the vintage style, 1930's-50's).

BTW My great grandfather baptized the brothers and the sister. He was the Lutheran minister near Baraboo in a small town called Ableman which today is know as Rock Springs.

I have a site bookmarked somewhere I found searching google.com/unclesam site which is has a plethora of old images dating back to civil war era. Will post it if I can find it.

Yeah, that's pretty cool. When is the last time you've seen someone in a straw hat? Maybe they are Susquehanna hats :)
