You are forgetting that the president had been forced due to teh Rat's trying to steal the 2000 election to delay getting his team together. He was forced to keep many of Billy Jeffs people on staff
I still say we should demand that all these Democretin-crat finger pointers, since THEY are so smart and clairvoyant, GIVE US the exact time, date, place, and method of the next terror attack either in the US, or on any US interests throughout the world.
After all, the Democrat members on the Senate Intelligence Committee get the same info as the White House does.
