Oh good, 20% interest rates, 13% inflation, and an I.Q. of 60. Give that man a Nobel prize.

"Would Kerry Rather Have Us Drive Renault Le Cars?"
ROFLMAO! I had one of those, it was called the Black Beauty. It was lots of fun to drive until the engine blew up. I will forever associate that vehicle with the Carter years. Double-digit inflation, gas lines, the fall of Iran, hostages held by terrorists, Billy Beer, etc. To think, I could have had a Pacer!

Carter was the "human rights" president but didn't want to do a damn thing when Iraqi citizens were being tortured by Saddam. Hollow words from a hollow man.

Carter was the "human rights" president but didn't want to do a damn thing when Iraqi citizens were being tortured by Saddam. Hollow words from a hollow man. "Remember Carter's human rights program, where he demanded the Shah of Iran step down and turn over power to the Ayatollah Khomeini?
No matter that Khomeini was a madman. Carter had the U.S. Pentagon tell the Shah's top military commanders about 150 of them to acquiesce to the Ayatollah and not fight him.
The Shah's military listened to Carter. All of them were murdered in one of the Ayatollah's first acts.
By allowing the Shah to fall, Carter created one of the most militant anti-American dictatorships ever."

The biggest pleasure I had in my entire life was being a volunteer for the Reagan Presidential Campaign in 1980. We had one hell of a victory party when Carter conceded election night. Free at last!

JFKerry famous for filming "reenactments" of his gun fights while in Vietnam. He seeks to "reenact" his "anti-war" protests and create the "vietnam syndrome" upon the American people during the midst of establishing "freedom" in Iraq.
Makes sense that he would seek to "reenact" Jimmy's economic policy.

Yes, and he also made us set our thermostats at 68 in winter and 78 in summer.

Yesterday, my husband did our federal and state taxes for 2003. For the FIRST time since either of us can remember, we are getting money back, thanks to President Bush and his administration! We are both for leaner government and less excess pork barrel spending....We know better than the government how we want to spend and in this case, save our money.

I remember that. The building I was in (college class) strictly maintained the temperature. So the thermostat was set to 68 for peanut boy. During the winter, when we were in class, the body heat would push it up to 70. Of course then the blower would kick on and shower us with cold air to get the temperature down to 68. Even then I thought: "this is stupid". The stupidity ran all the way to the White House.

USA Today Study Found CAFE Standards Have Resulted In 46,000 Deaths! So what do the feds do? Ban ephedra [because of one death]

I wonder why Kerry and the other Democrats are not great fans of Bush Sr.? His tax economic policies were nearly identical to Clinton's.
