I hope someone points out to him it left out how, when and where.
Maybe if the president had worn his Carnak the Magnificent hat he could have seen when, where and how the attacks would happen and could have prevented them.

Someone posted a terrific analogy yesterday and I wish I could credit them.
They said it's like their sister saying "I'm coming to visit" and you're supposed to figure out the date and time of arrival, plus the flight number in order to go pick her up at the airport--having deduced she's flying in, of course.
