Kerrey is intellectually way off, which begs the question, Why is he on this commission?

Did you catch David Gregory reporting from Crawford? He was salivating over this document.

Gregory said that Rice "admitted" there were govt structural problems (implying problems created by Bush admin). He went on to say that CIA and FBI couldn't communicate and coordinate with one another because of Bush admin!!

Apparently Gregory doesn't know the tortured history of our intelligence and law enforcement communities and how they have been completely emasculated by the left.
