this wasn't an article, it was a PRESS RELEASE from Mulvaney's attorney who also represents AX THE TAX, a local group headed by Doug Guetzloe who's a well-known conservative activist/political consultant/political gadfly in the Central Florida area.
Last year when Dyer was running against Republican Pete Barr, Guetzloe supported Dyer and was rewarded with a spot on Dyer's transistion committee. Since then Guetzloe has had a falling out with Dyer and supported Mulvaney in the March race (Dyer's second; when he ran last year it was to fill the time left in the term of Orlando Mayor Glenda Hood who had been appointed Secretary of State by Jeb Bush.)
