I believe this could happen in Falluja and elsewhere when ordinary residents (provided there are some) feel safe enough.

Sadr is just a Saddam wannabe, surely regulars Iraqis dont want that again.

Its nice to see a pic of his ugly face coming down, now lets see some residents slapping his pic with sandles.
