You almost got the Nazi part right, but instead of Nationalist Socialist, we have Nationalist Capitalist. I don't hear anyone arguing for socialism. On the contrary, the anti-globalist are concerned that we are losing our capitalist structures and becoming too dependent on hostile communist nations. Sounds like we can take away the corporations right to exist. So, by threatening this right to exist the government can get the corporation to do the govt's bidding.
