the Israelis ( well we may have already done this), and everyone else who is fighting these same scum, and take off the gloves.

We're going to win either way:

1. Either we will be successful in Iraq and provide an example to the Islamic world of what a pleasant time one can have on this earth living in peace and pursuing one's happiness; or

2. We lose Iraq, adopt a policy of appeasement, embolden militant Islam and eventually suffer a significant stike (most likely a pocket nuke) to either NYC or DC anywhere from 10-100 years from now. In that case, 9-11 becomes more like the Lusitania and the new strike becomes our 'true' Pearl Harbor. Once that occurs, martial law is imposed, large scale internment camps are erected and all pretenses regarding Islam as a 'religion of peace' are finally discarded.

People may claim that the West has gone soft, but inside, we are all descendents of the same people who committed 10s of millions of people to die in Europe for what they believed were just causes. We haven't even come close to that level of resolve...yet. But it's still there deep inside each and everyone one of us.

The majority of Western governments refuse to recognize that this conflict with the Islamo-terrorists is a RELIGIOUS War. Islam is not a religion of peace and recruiting new and fervent terrorists is as easy as asking for volunteers at the local Mosque, i.e., the recruits leap at the chance.

Contrary to Ms. Rice's testimony, we are still swatting at flies. The followers of Islam see this as a sacred battle against the great Satan, and Satan is doing little to stop the Jihad. The only thing that will get these petulant, deadly children's attention is a bombastic wallop on the backside. Obliterate Qum, Mecca and Takrit, and then look them dead in the eye and say, "your move." Any bets as to whether this will give them pause to reconsider? The next bombing of a rail station, WTC, or school bus and we obliterate 3 more cities and shrines. At some point this religion of Islam (submission) and its followers will get the message.

In WW2 beef,chocolate,sugar,gas,availabilty of tires,even shoes were rationed(we had an icebox cause our fridge died)We walked to school and my Dad walked to work sometimes to save gas for trips to granma's and new cars were not made.We worked in our Victory garden and canned,collected cans,etc.Our neighbor boys and young fathers,my first cousin were all at war...and you worry about taking shoes off at airports..geez.

The West has been losing the will to suvive. Islam is fighting the 'war' with it's choice of weapons - demographics, immigration and time. Where do we go from here?

Lots of folks would love to vacation at Lake Iraq, Lake Iran, Lake Syria or Lake Saudi. Build some nice hotels, resorts and casinos....Think of all the row crops Israel could grow with 4 very deep fresh water lakes in the region.
