Fighting again per FoxNews...
We gave them the chance to play ball, they didn't want to, so we're shoving the bat up their (bleep).

It's psychological. Drives the enemy mad, wondering, "WTF??"

Wow! Guess they could not agree on the shape and size of the negotiating table.
To: Eurotwit
Fox is reporting 9 dead in a convoy attack. Wonder if that was what precipitated the resumption.

Well, which is it? Are we fighting or are we not? It is frustrating, a lot of conflicting media noise out there. I will trust the military leadership.

Nearing the end game now. Probably gave the anticoalition forces a chance to surrender, but they procrastinated, so the heat goes on again.
To: Glenn
Partially PR thing, I'll bet.
It was being reported in a way that made it sound like the Marines had given up.

I will trust the military leadership. Yes, always. Not sure about the political leadership though. We keep hearing that it's "just a few thugs and terrorists," but we're also hearing about the re-taking of towns and the enemy in control of others. I hope and pray the political leadership isn't hamstringing the military. We ought to let the military handle it alone and just keep shipping them ammo. PC be damned!

I wonder what "color" JFKerry's eye color will be today, he makes his campaign ads with "blue" eyes!
