I haven't seen the latest two letters yet. I'll get them from Amy tomorrow when she comes to town. She told me over the phone that they were McClatchy (regarding the Sac Bee), and the USA Today. But like the LAT/WP, those two will probably explode out to a couple dozen or more publications. The handwriting is on the wall.

I see several possible solutions:
* Find out how Lex/Nex has the legal standing to exist and then restructure yourself undersimilar guidelines.
* Look into the ramifications of becoming a "Not For Profit" entity.
* Have the site adopted by an accredited college or university for the purpose of making this legally a place of education which should get you through the "fair use" doorway. Perhaps Liberty U. or Bob Jones U. would do that for you.
* Finally, have John program posting "articles" so that many frequently used names are altered so that *we* knew who was being talked about even though the names aren't technically mentioned. For example:
"President George W. [Compassionate] said today he was proud of NSA Chief Condoleeza [Highcarbs]'s testimony before the 9-11 Commission. Ms [Highcarbs] gave an unprecedented public testimony under oath in an attempt to refute charges from former [Compassionate] Administration security official Richard [Clerk]. Republicans charge [Clerk] of false testimony in an attempt to sell his book and help the campaign of assumed Democrat presidential nominee John. F. [Flipflopper]. Meanwhile Sen. Tom [Thumb] (D-SD) joined Sen. Edward M. [Skirtchaser] (D-MA) in downplaying Ms. [Highcarbs]'s testimony..."
