The Governator has a point here. Did you know that until the invention of air-conditioning, the U.S. Congress went home for the summer? Washington D.C. sucks in the summer.
Now the Congress can terrorize us all year, and claim twice the wages (wages that they vote for themselves) for twice the terror to the taxpayer...
