The conviction was later reversed. My point is that everyone was ready to crucify Ollie during his testimony, he ended up making the congressional committe and the media look like fools. Condi will do the same.

P.S. How can you prejudge Condi's testimony, how do you know she is going to lie? Is it because she is a Republican or the color of her skin or is it because she is a women?

North was convicted of misleading Congress in hearings well prior to his public testimony (and that conviction was overturned). He was not under oath in those earlier hearings, but there is a "misleading Congress" crime. Again, the conviction was for appearances a couple years before his famous Congressional testimony.

I didn't, I asked if this was you're position since that is what Ollie North did and you were comparing her to him. I always assume testimony under oath is true unless it is demonstrated otherwise and prosecuted.
