I saw kristinn on C-Span, manning his position outside the room, beside the line as it snaked it's way in. It looks as if he has press credentials.

Kristinn is on the phone with me right now. He says he was able to give a copy of the report to Richard Ben Veniste, Byron York, Michael Isikoff, Gordon Peterson and about twenty other members of the media.
Kristinn gave an on-camera interview to CNBC for a report they are doing on the activities outside the hearing room. He is waiting to give an interview to the Italian TV network that is covering the hearing.
Kristinn will have to leave soon to go to work. He did not see Condi Rice arrive. She came into a secure entrance away from the crowds. There has been a steady stream of at least 100 people in line to get into the hearing room. It is very busy outside.

I was wishing I had a press pass this morning. I couldn't get in the hearing room to distribute the report without one because of the long lines to get in. As it was, I staked out a position and tried to stop reporters I knew while looking at passes hung from strangers' necks as they went by.
I didn't want to be a pest, but I had to find the right balance of aggresiveness and politeness. In all, about 25 copies were handed out to reporters.
I was surprised the reporter from CNBC interviewed me on camera, however I won't be surprised if it doesn't run.
