Well, we found out the damage he did in a short 108 days.

And what he DIDN'T do. That's about the time between the attack on the USS Cole and when he left office.

I remember one of those days in front of the WH when we joked that the big trucks, which were backed up on the circular drive, were there to pick up the furniture. Little did we know!

Why does it seem that Clinton is not being fingered by
the media? Even Fox is going easy on him.

kristinn, make sure this testimony is placed in the 9/11 commission official record. If you haven't already made the request, do so in writing, now.

Your testimony should also be presented to and prominently displayed in the Clinton alternate-library.

Here is a cartoon by Seattle's liberal David Horsey, published 10/29/2000. (He does get it right sometimes...)

Thanks, Jim. The best part about this morning was personally handing the report to Richard Ben Veniste while the TV cameras were on him as he approached the hearing room.

I called out to him by name, got his attention and then asked if he would take the report. He glanced at it and accepted it from my hand. While I'm not sure if he read it, I know he got a good look at the cover page with the half-page photo of Doctor Raoul holding the "If Osama..." sign.

I was wishing I had a press pass this morning. I couldn't get in the hearing room to distribute the report without one because of the long lines to get in. As it was, I staked out a position and tried to stop reporters I knew while looking at passes hung from strangers' necks as they went by.

I didn't want to be a pest, but I had to find the right balance of aggresiveness and politeness. In all, about 25 copies were handed out to reporters.

I was surprised the reporter from CNBC interviewed me on camera, however I won't be surprised if it doesn't run.

Thank you.

I haven't found the book yet to check it out. I look forward to seeing what Bob Tyrell had to say about it. It's a very popular sign.

I don't believe for one second they are "looking for someone to blame." They are looking to undermine the President of the United States in the eyes of the voters of this country on the issue he is strongest on, the war on terror. It is all about regaining the power they lost. Politics is all that matters, this nation's security be damned!

If they really cared about how this happened and how to prevent it, we wouldn't be subjected to this dog and pony show going on right now! They would step up to the plate and admit Clinton screwed up big time if they really wanted to know who is to blame besides the terrorists

Pardon my rant, but I am just livid about these so called commissioners.

I just watched the video (online at CSPAN) of Little Dickie Ben-Veniste's nasty and (attempted) bullying questioning of Condoleezza Rice. I think our report didn't sit well with Little Dickie.

In fact, he looked like somebody had peed in his Wheaties this morning.

:-)

Excellent writing Kristinn. It's to bad that you couldn't hand out copies of the research that Alamo Gal did also.

How about the fact that President Bush had also been involved with the problems with China and Twaiwan and Korea as well as the mess that was left at the OEOB and the West Wing.

It is amazing that with everything that happened during the first nine months of the Presidents tenure in the White House that he was able to juggle everything that was going on.

Every day I listen to the news and am waiting to hear that someone remembers that we were on the verge of war several times and no one says a thing - nothing...

I don't have cable and the radio reception is lousy so I still haven't really heard whether she gave them h377 or not.

Hopefully, she reminded that there were other crisis's at the time. Hopefully, she reminded them that although there were warnings they weren't given the exact date, time and place of the attacks. Anyone that believes that they had that information is plain crazy!!!!!
